Course description

Clach air a' chùirn - to place a stone on the cairn Personal facilitation in any which way you want or need - whether it's regular sessions to recouple with your creative practice, technical in-person sculptural tution or a guided walk into the living landscape of Uig. Mairi has a postgraduate (MA) in Learning and Teaching (Gaelic Arts), a degree in Sculpture (BAhons) and is practicing artist, mother, crofter and horticulturist. She has worked with diverse communities and loves supporting others with their creative practice, often using Gaelic 'ways of seeing' and 'place-based' or 'site specific' practices to do so. Mairi is happy to facilitate individuals or groups, in person or online and in Gaelic or English.
