Course description
Join artist Danielle Macleod for a day of creating unique botanical sketchbooks inspired by the Hebridean environment. Spend the morning foraging in beautiful Uig for found materials to use in creating your very own cyanotype print. In the afternoon you will choose your favourite prints which will then be used to bind your own sketchbooks to take home. Danielle will be on hand to guide you on the morning foraging walk, helping you select the right materials to help you make the best cyanotype prints before taking you step by step through the sketchbook binding process. Open to any level of maker from newbie to experienced! Please bring warm and waterproof layers, including boots and a packed lunch. Hot drinks will be provided.
